5. Delivery

6. Inspection of Goods
You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Any damage, faults, or discrepancies should be reported to info@zangeli.com within 48 hours, supported by photographic evidence. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, available on our website. Key points include:
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK law.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

- Refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, or tampering with the product.
- Decline future orders from customers with a history of excessive returns or chargebacks.
