5. Delivery

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate delivery information is provided and that adequate access is available for delivery.

5.2 Risk and Responsibility

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
  • Ownership of the goods transfers only once full payment has been received.

5.3 Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (e.g., absence, restricted access, or incorrect address):

  • Additional redelivery or storage charges may apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct reasonable costs incurred.

6. Inspection of Goods

You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Any damage, faults, or discrepancies should be reported to info@zangeli.com within 48 hours, supported by photographic evidence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, available on our website. Key points include:

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK law.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose:

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To protect our business and customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorised.
  • Request identity or payment verification before processing an order.
  • Refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, or tampering with the product.
  • Decline future orders from customers with a history of excessive returns or chargebacks.
  • Report suspected fraud to law enforcement or relevant fraud prevention agencies and share necessary information where legally permitted.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds:
